New Milne House

This large individual house has been designed to provide a contemporary living environment while externally, through use of natural and traditional materials, linking with surrounding properties.

Internal spaces include large light spaces with contrasting bespoke details. All materials have been hand picked for quality and durability.

The lighting system has been designed in conjunction with ‘Pyramid Presentations’ to allow complete control of all lighting functions, with sound throughout the house similarly controlled.

The original concept for this project was conceived by ARKTX and subsequently developed and executed by Andrew Black Design.
